  • Washingtonians on Medicare are being targeted by scammers who may be emailing or calling seniors and offering coronavirus vaccines.
    • There is no vaccine currently available for the novel coronavirus.
    • Anyone who has questions or concerns about potential fraud is asked to call 1-800-562-6900.
  • Washington residents who want to apply for the Disaster Cash Assistance Program can now visit WashingtonConnection.org or call 1-877-501-2233. The program is available to Washingtonians regardless of citizenship.

MT RAINIER NAT’L PARK

  • Mount Rainier National Park is celebrating National Parks Week through social media while the park is closed to visitors. Tuesday’s theme is “Transportation” and tomorrow is “Earth Day.”
