title=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WaStateDSHS\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WaStateDSHS\" rel=\"nofollow\">Department of Social and Health Services<\/a> advises that if you receive a notice for an Eligibility Review from DSHS you must complete that review to continue receiving benefits.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">While DSHS extended certain certification periods, getting an Eligibility Review notice means your extension has ended, and your Eligibility Review is now due.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">You may complete your Eligibility Review by calling 877-501-2233.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">You may also get a reminder phone call from the depts system in the months the review is due for food, cash or medical benefits.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">These automated calls start mid-month and are completed by the end of the month.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The dept notes that towards the end and beginning of each month, their phone lines are at their busiest.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Callers are asked to expect extended hold times and notes that the Best time to call is right at 8 a.m., with busiest times between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"vaccine_info\">VACCINE INFO<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">Washingtonians can find out if they are eligible for COVID-19 vaccines online at <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/FindYourPhaseWA.org\" href=\"https:\/\/FindYourPhaseWA.org\" rel=\"nofollow\">FindYourPhaseWA.org<\/a>.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">Those currently eligible for vaccination include the following individuals:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">All people 65 years and older<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">People 50 years and older in multigenerational households, defined as someone caring for their grandchild, niece or nephew.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">This equates to roughly <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WADeptHealth\/photos\/a.129507167096395\/3650458545001222\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WADeptHealth\/photos\/a.129507167096395\/3650458545001222\" rel=\"nofollow\">1.7 million Washingtonians<\/a>, in addition to all those in Phase 1A who were able to be vaccinated in late December and early January.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">So far, 500,000 Washingtonians have received their first vaccine dose.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">All vaccine providers in the state will be able to administer up to 100,000 initial vaccine doses per day with at max infrastructural capacity.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Next up but not yet currently eligible will be Phase 1B tiers 2-4, which include those who work in group settings that include agriculture, food processing, correction facilities, grocery stores, public transit, schools, and child care.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">The Washington State Department of Health, along with the Washington State National guard and other partners, is <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article248746735.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article248746735.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">launching 3 mass COVID-19 vaccination sites<\/a> in Eastern Washington and one in Clark County<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">The sites are currently offering vaccinations by appointment only for those in Phase 1A or in Tier 1 of Phase 1B.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Appointments can be made by calling the state coronavirus hotline, or online at <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/prepmod.doh.wa.gov\/\" href=\"https:\/\/prepmod.doh.wa.gov\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">prepmod.doh.wa.gov<\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">Appointments for the two Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department&#8217;s COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article248746735.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article248746735.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">filled up in just hours on Friday afternoon<\/a>, shortly after being announced.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">The department advises that more pop up clinics are expected, including one in Gig Harbor.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Due to registration and email issues for this week&#8217;s Lakewood and Puyallup pop ups clinics, the department is resending confirmation emails to everyone who registered.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Those who received a green check mark at the end of their registration process have confirmed appointments, but through a form error, there are some instances where individuals signed up for the correct location, but the wrong date, and those individuals will have to swap locations for their appointment.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2 node\">\n<div class=\"li\"><a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article248609355.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article248609355.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">The following health systems and clinics in our region<\/a> are offering vaccine appointments for eligible individuals:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">MultiCare, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, Kaiser Permanente, Sea Mar, Orting Family Practice, OM Life Health Clinic, University Place Medical Clinic, and UW Medicine<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">The following pharmacies also have vaccine programs by appointment:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Safeway pharmacies in Bonney Lake &amp; Lakewood<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Kirk&#8217;s Pharmacy in Eatonville<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Lincoln Pharmacy in Tacoma<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level3\">\n<div class=\"li\">Alberton&#8217;s pharmacy in Puyallup<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"regional\">REGIONAL<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">The Tacoma Pierce County Health Department reported 212 COVID 19 cases today and 224 cases yesterday.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The County&#8217;s average cases per day over the last 2 weeks is 217, and with a 6-day lag to account for data accuracy, the case rate per 100,000 people is 336.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The department also has moved vaccination updates further up the page at TPCHD.org, between the first and second dashboards.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"tacoma\">TACOMA<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">The city of Tacoma is facilitating the Resurgence Business Loan Program for small businesses can request to borrow up to $25,000<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Neither collateral nor equity is required, and loan recipients will not have to make payments until 2022.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The Loan is available to small businesses with brick-and-mortar establishments, home-based businesses, and food trucks operating within Tacoma city limits with 20 or fewer full-time equivalent employees.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">A business must have operated for at least six months starting from, or prior to, June
