extended until November 9th.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The full list is available in the news section at coronavirus.wa.gov, but the proclamations cover issues related to drivers licenses, public meetings, telemedicine, nursing homes and longterm care facilities, orders of protection, wage garnishments, licensing of recent dental and health program graduates, and social and health services.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"regional\">REGIONAL<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">The commissary at JBLM that has been closed since Saturday is <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/local\/military\/article246236860.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/local\/military\/article246236860.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">slated to open<\/a> Tuesday, Oct 6th at 9am.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The Lewis Main Commissary had been closed for deep cleaning after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">Tacoma-Pierce County health department officials are reporting that young people make up the <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article246234860.html#storylink=cpy\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article246234860.html#storylink=cpy\" rel=\"nofollow\">largest share of new COVID-19 cases over last 2 weeks<\/a> in Pierce County<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Residents age 20-39 group make up nearly 40% percent of total cases in the past two weeks, and people younger than 20 account for 17.5 percent of cases in the past 2 weeks.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Health officials note that Pierce County is still in phase 2, and that all COVID-19 precautions should still be adhered to, including wearing masks, avoiding indoor contact with individuals from outside one&#8217;s household, and frequent hand washing.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"tacoma\">TACOMA<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">Tacoma City Council will hold its weekly meeting virutally tomorrow, September 29, at 6pm<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">It will air on TV Tacoma and will be
