In-home services and spiritual counseling are limited to 5 people who must wear face coverings if they are from separate households.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">All organizations are encouraged keep a voluntary attendance log for several weeks in the case of an outbreak.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level1\">\n<div class=\"li\">The governor has also extended protections of federal stimulus payments, along with state and federal unemployment payments, from bank account garnishments through at least May 31st, in an <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.governor.wa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/COVID19Proclamation20.49.3Garnishment.pdf?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery\" href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.wa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/COVID19Proclamation20.49.3Garnishment.pdf?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery\" rel=\"nofollow\">extension<\/a> of the state&#8217;s emergency declaration.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level1\">\n<div class=\"li\">The governor has issued an <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.governor.wa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/COVID19Phase1and2OutdoorRecreationGuidancePart2.pdf?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery\" href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.wa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/COVID19Phase1and2OutdoorRecreationGuidancePart2.pdf?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery\" rel=\"nofollow\">updated memo<\/a> for all counties in phases 1 and 2 of reopening, clarifying that only businesses who can meet safety requirements, and maintain materials, schedules, and necessary equipment may operate, regardless of the county or state&#8217;s phase designation.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level1\">\n<div class=\"li\">Individuals with concerns or complaints regarding employee workplace health and safety anywhere in the state may call the L&amp;I&#8217;s safety line at 1-800-423-7233, or e-mail adag235@LNI.wa.gov.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"regional\">REGIONAL<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">Nearby Thurston County has <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article243026721.html#storylink=cpy\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewstribune.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article243026721.html#storylink=cpy\" rel=\"nofollow\">entered Phase 2<\/a> of reopening which means the following activities are now permitted:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">social gatherings, camping, and outdoor recreation involving up to five people per week from multiple households<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">In-home\/domestic services, such as nannying and housecleaning<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">In-store retail purchases, with certain restrictions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Hair and nail care at barbers and salons<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Pet grooming<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Dine-in restaurant service at less than 50% capacity, with tables seating no more than five people and no bar-area seating<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">Office-based businesses, though telework will still be encouraged.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level1\">\n<div class=\"li\">Nearby Kitsap County is eligible to apply for a variance to enter Phase 2.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"level1\">\n<div class=\"li\">Pierce and King Counties are still experiencing coronavirus transmission rates that are too high for consideration of movement to phase 2.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h1 id=\"pierce_county\">PIERCE COUNTY<\/h1>\n<div class=\"level1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level1 node\">\n<div class=\"li\">The <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"https:\/\/www.helpmegrowpierce.org\/diaperbank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.helpmegrowpierce.org\/diaperbank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Pierce County Diaper Bank<\/a> is granting families a 3-day supply of diapers, once per month, for children in need.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"level2\">\n<div class=\"li\">The Tacoma-based pickup area is located at the Multicultural Child &amp; Family Hope Center at 2021 S. 19th Street.
